Your people already use AI every day. Almost none of them have changed how the work itself runs. That's the gap this programme closes. And you get a number at the end, not a login count.

THE PROGRAMME
Nothing in the sessions is invented beforehand. Every scenario comes from what your people wrote down.
Recent programme: a global tech company, several hundred people, multiple cohorts across time zones.
Counted across my corporate and independent years. Ratings from participant feedback forms.
The licences went live months ago. A handful of people use Copilot every day. Most opened it twice.
People liked it. They left saying "I'll try that." A week later they were writing emails the old way.
Someone asks what the company got for the money, and you don't have an answer you'd put on a slide.
IT rolled it out, L&D runs training, and the business is waiting for someone to tell them what to do with it.
WHAT THE FIRST SURVEY FOUND
Mid-sized tech company · first survey of a 10-week programme
69%
already used AI at work every day
14%
had changed a recurring work process with it
49%
felt sure what they're allowed to do with AI at work
People were using AI every day. Their work hadn't changed. Closing that gap takes a different way of thinking about the work.
HOW I WORK · 1
Live, on problems that look like theirs. A slide about what Copilot can do changes nobody's Monday.
HOW I WORK · 2
Inspiration wears off in about a week unless people make something with it. Every cohort ends with participants mapping one of their own processes and building it in my workshop app, then testing it in your tenant.
HOW I WORK · 3
The scenarios come out of Survey 1. If your people didn't raise it, I don't build a session around it.
A survey at the start, the middle and the end. Each one shapes what happens next.
WEEK 1 SURVEY
We ask your people where they stand with AI and where their week gets stuck. Managers get a short briefing.
WEEKS 2–3
Two all-staff sessions so everyone starts from the same place, whatever training they had before.
WEEKS 4–9 SURVEY
In cohorts of up to 50, by department. First I solve the problems they wrote down, live. Then they map one of their own processes and build it themselves.
YOU CHOOSE HOW MANY COHORTSWEEK 10 SURVEY
Same questions as week 1. What changed, per department, and what to do next.
Up to 50 people, grouped from departments that already sit near each other. Marketing with sales, finance with operations. Inside the build session they split into groups of five to eight from the same department, because that is the only size where everyone actually builds something.
Join with a session code, then go from one real task to a working build in four steps.
"Summarise this email" is a task. But what is the email about, and what bigger piece of work is it part of? That's where the hours go.
Something recurring, from their own week. Survey 1 shows where to look.
Where the information comes from, what happens to it, who needs it at the end.
Some steps are faster with AI. Some need judgement, a relationship or a signature.
"Analyse my sales numbers" is five steps. Pull the pipeline from HubSpot with an agent, add what was said in Outlook and Teams with a prompt, a person decides which deals need attention, a team skill writes the update, and Power Automate sends it every Monday morning. One sentence, five different answers.
REPLAY

Watch any time
WANT TO SEE IT DONE, NOT READ ABOUT IT?
30 minutes. The real survey numbers from a mid-sized tech company, one process cut into steps on screen, and how you show leadership it worked. Recorded live, yours to rewatch.
Adoption is hard to prove with a login count. The report shows what changed in how people work.
Confidence, usage and habits from Survey 1 compared with Survey 3, per department.
Step by step, with who does each step and which tool they chose, collected from the build sessions.
Ranked, so you know which ones to pick up first.
More cohorts, deeper work on agents, or a pause. Whatever the numbers say.

"I've had pretty bad experiences with these types of courses at my previous job, but I was amazed at how good the session was yesterday. I'm really excited to get started and begin experimenting!"
Employee, tech company, in a note to the programme lead
"I hear in the office how people now talk about AI, and especially the AI Act and the restrictions that come with it."
Programme lead, tech company
"I have had a handful of people coming up to me and say thank you and congratulating on the great training."
Programme lead, tech company
"You don't rely on standard Microsoft presentations or scripts, but instead connect everything to real-life scenarios and show only what you have personally used and know brings value."
Liliana Dumitrache, Account Manager, Crayon
"You are sincere with customers without overselling abstract notions."
Karina Cireap, Account Executive, Crayon
"I feel very confident involving Vincent in customer conversations. I trust his experience and his ability to adapt across various topics."
Daniela Scarlat, Sales Director, Crayon
THE MOST COMMON ANSWER I HEAR
Usually that means nobody's sure who owns adoption, or how you'd measure it. Waiting fixes neither. Six months later the licences are still there, the usage report is still flat, and the question from leadership is harder to answer than it was.
So don't decide on a feeling. Run the first survey with your own people and decide on the answers.

PROBABLY NOT A FIT
I'm Vincent Claeys, a Microsoft MVP based in Ericeira, Portugal. Before going independent I worked in the Microsoft partner world at Tech Data, Crayon and SoftwareOne.
I've trained 5,299 people in 93 workshops, for companies and partners in Belgium, Romania, Serbia, Sweden and Portugal. I only show what I've actually used, and I don't do slideware about what Copilot can theoretically do.
I focus on full adoption programmes now, because that's where people genuinely change how they work. If I don't think the programme is right for you, I'll say so on the call.
From about 50 to 500+. Cohorts hold up to 50 people, grouped by department so the examples in each session fit the people in the room.
In my workshop app, during the build session. That's where they map the process and put the pieces together. They then take it back and test it in your own tenant, on their own work.
Yes. Foundation is always included and never sold as optional. It puts everyone on the same level before the cohorts start, so the build sessions don't stall on basics.
Copilot is the core. If some teams also use Claude or another AI tool, they join the normal cohorts, and an optional session covers working across both.
Yes. Cohorts can be scheduled for APJ, EMEA and North America. Extra Foundation deliveries are added when one run does not cover every time zone.
One programme owner (usually L&D, IT or Change), a participant list by department, and 30 minutes from your managers. I handle the design, the sessions, the surveys and the report.
The manager session covers what it requires and what it means for day-to-day use. It comes back in Foundation, so employees know the rules too.
The same first survey I use in the programme, run with your own team. It takes about a week, and it tells you where you actually stand before anyone talks about a proposal.
You get Survey 1 as a Word file, plus a Copilot prompt that builds it in Microsoft Forms for you.
You send it to your people. One department is enough.
Within 14 days I walk you through what the answers say, in a 30-minute call.
Free. You get the file, a few short emails to help you run it, and a call. If the numbers say you're not ready, you'll know exactly why.
